Specifications are subject to change without notice. Gilbert Homes, Inc. uses an independant testing lab to perform water tests that are required by your lending institution. We only test the items that are required by the institution and this varies with each lender. Contact your lender to find out which items are included. You may pay an additional charge to have more items tested. High iron content or other factors not affecting water safety (potability) are the responsibility of the homeowner. Gilbert Homes, Inc. only guarantees that the items required by the lender will pass the test. In time, all foundations will develop hairline fractures in the walls or floor. Also, the drywall in your home may develop hairline fractures due to extreme humidity changes common in Maine. Gilbert Homes, Inc. assumes no responsibility for fractures that do not affect structural integrity.
